A Mexico woman is recovering from injuries after driving her vehicle into a creek yesterday (Tuesday) morning.
According to Mexico Public Safety an alert citizen noticed a vehicle in a creek with the driver still inside in the area of Huntingfield Road and Teal Lake Road around 11:55 am.
85 year old Edna Willis drove her 2015 Ford off the road, through some brush and into the creek.
Willis was taken to SSM Audrain where she was treated and discharged.
