United Credit Union is asking for three properties in Mexico to be rezoned.
In a letter to property owners in the area from the City of Mexico, the rezoning request is because United Credit Union wants to build a new 6,000 square foot branch facility at 927 East Liberty.
That address and property north of that address and backing up to Promenade Street would need to be rezoned from R-3A Multiple Dwelling to C-2 General Commercial.
A hearing before the Planning & Zoning Commission is scheduled for Tuesday, February 4th at 3:30 p.m.
