12th Judicial Circuit Court Moves To Phase 2 Of COVID Procedures

The 12th Judicial Circuit Court is moving from Phase 1 to Phase 2 for COVID procedures as of today (Monday).

Presiding Judge Jason Lamb made the announcement in a press release this (Monday) morning and says that no more than 25 people will be allowed in courtrooms and cases will be assigned specific start times to avoid large groups.

More in-person proceedings will be allowed for more serious criminal cases and municipal court proceedings will begin to resume as well.

Jury trials remain suspended until further notice.
