Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service yesterday (Wednesday):
A suicidal subject on Fairground Road.
Stealing and thefts at West Boulevard and at 4820 South Clark.
Threats on the corner of North Clark and Monroe at 1010 East Liberty.
Fireworks on West Breckenridge.
Mexico residents Parker and Kelly Smith were featured local guests on AM 1340 KXEO and the Am I Awake Morning Show with Matt Pilger today. Parker had a scary battle with COVID-19 last month. He and Kelly shared their story this morning.
Power has been restored to Ameren Customers in the area of South Clark after an outage last night. Jeni Hagan Communications Executive for Ameren Missouri says it was a brief outage but affected around 232 customers. According to Ameren the outage happened around 8:30 last (night) and the power was very quickly restored.
