Mexico Public Schools Issue Mask Mandate Ahead Of Return To School December 7th

Mexico Public Schools has a mask mandate that will begin Monday when students return to in-seat instruction.

The district has updated their Caring Comeback plan to reflect the mandate and says that all students and staff members will properly wear a mask or face covering while on campuses or on school buses.

The mandate complies with updated state guidance from Governor Parson and the Departments of Health & Senior Services and Elementary & Secondary Education.

Additionally, the district is releasing Frequently Asked Questions regarding the mask mandate, which were created with the DESE/DHSS updated guidance.
