The Moberly City Council approved the appointment of Shelby Creed as the new Emergency Management Director for the city.
Moberly City Manager Scott McGarvey explains why the change:
Creed was previously named the 2024 EMS Director of the Year by the Missouri Public Safety Communications Conference for her work in Linn County.
