A Chinese national has pleaded guilty in federal court after illegally photographing military equipment at Whiteman Air Force Base.
Thirty-five-year-old Qilin Wu admitted to taking photos and videos of the base, including B-2 Spirit aircraft, without authorization.
Investigators first encountered Wu near the base perimeter in December 2025 and later found multiple images on his phone.
Court records show Wu had previously entered the U.S. illegally and was awaiting immigration proceedings.
He now faces up to one year in federal prison, with sentencing set for a later date.
