The legal proceedings continue for three 18-year-olds charged in the fatal shooting of 42-year-old Michael Ryan Burke during a Facebook Marketplace deal in January.
Boone County prosecutors say Kobe Aust, Joseph Crane, and Alexis Baumann face charges of second-degree murder, first-degree robbery, and armed criminal action.
Crane remains jailed without bond and has a hearing set for 130pm Today
Aust is also held without bond, with a June 29th hearing.
Baumann, who was released on a $50,000 bond, will return to court with a June 22nd hearing
Police allege the group was involved in a string of iPhone robberies.
