It is going to be a windy and cold evening in mid-Missouri.
Today has seen periods of heavy snowfall in parts of the state.
Scattered snow showers are expected to continue through midnight with a northwest wind between 15 to 22 miles per hour.
The clouds should move out heading into the early morning hours, but the wind will continue to gust as high as 24 miles per hour.
