Construction Worker Killed in Bowling Green
Kevin James with the Missouri Department of Transportation’s Northeast District confirmed that a construction working has died while working on the new MoDOT building in Bowling Green.
James says the accident occurred in the early afternoon yesterday [Monday] at the intersection of Highway 54 and Business 54.
Two men reportedly fell off a wall they were working on due to a gust of wind. One was uninjured, and the other did not survive.
The names of the victims are not being released at the time.
