Infant Ibuprofen Recall

A voluntary recall for infants ibuprofen has been issued after some lots were found to potentially have higher concentrations of ibuprofen.

According to the recall, there is a remote possibility that infants who may be more susceptible to a higher potency level of drug may incur NSAID-associated renal injury.

The recall includes 3 lots of the Equate brand sold at Wal-Mart, one lot from CVS Health, and one lot of Family Health distributed by Family Dollar.
