Mexico Public Safety responded to a fire in the 200 block of West Love yesterday morning. [Monday]
Public safety says the caller reported seeing flames in and around a bathroom exhaust fan.
One resident was able to remove the fan from the ceiling while another resident began notifying neighbors of the issue.
It was determined the fire had not extended beyond the fan itself and the building owner has already begun to repair the damages.
No injuries have been reported.
